Guidelines for Yoga Practice

~ Take personal responsibility for your practice - if it doesn't feel right it probably isn't, ask questions, take a rest if you need it, if it hurts don't do it.

~ Enjoy your practice - the joy of yoga is in the process

~ Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach, try to eat 2 - 3 hours prior to class

~ Please leave cell phones off (not on vibrate) and shoes and bags at the door

~ If you must leave class early or arrive late, please place your mat near the entrance. Never enter or leave class during meditation or sivasana. Your instructor always appreciates knowing if you intend to leave class early ahead of time.

~ Always advise your instructor of any injuries, limitations or medical conditions

~ If you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of illness please refrain from coming to practice

~ Wear comfy, lightweight clothing that allows you the freedom to move without restriction

~ If you would prefer not to be assisted or touched during class for any reason please communicate this with your instructor before class

Thank you

a quite space, some comfy clothes and a yoga mat

What do you need to practice corporate yoga?

All you need is a quiet space like an empty office, your office gym, an empty boardroom, or another large open space.

Wear clothing that is easy to move around in and is comfortable. Choose something that fits close to the body so it doesn't gape easily.

Bring a yoga mat.

Why Corporate Yoga?

- boosts productivity and morale
- brings a sense of community to the work place
- stress reduction
- more energy and vitality
- cost effective / low investment
...and so much more

For individuals who work long hours, especially at sedentary jobs will find that engaging in a regular yoga practice will energize your mind & body and leave you feeling rejuvenated in every way.
